Kendy Shupp
Team Support:  Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor

Kendy graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Kinesiology (Study of the Body’s Movement) with a Wellness Development Specialization. Since graduating in 2007 she has worked at Fitness U, in downtown Harrisburg, as an Assistant Manager, Group Exercise Coordinator, and Personal Trainer. Kendy is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Certified Personal Trainer. She has two years experience in teaching group exercise classes in: Muscle and Circuit Training, Aerobics, and Indoor Cycling.

Stacia Zewe
Team Support:  Group Fitness Instructor

Originally from Hummelstown, Stacia graduated from Lower Dauphin High School and attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, majoring in fine art and graphic design. Upon returning from school Stacia began work for a developer in downtown Harrisburg. While taking classes at a local gym one of the instructors approached her asking if she would be interested in becoming certified to teach. Little did she know how much she would enjoy helping people to be more active and healthy.  Stacia has been teaching step aerobics classes and muscle classes for the past 6 years and has developed a very devoted (if somewhat quirky!) following. She is inspired by watching her students accomplish goals (no matter how big or small) that they never thought possible.

Chris Metka
Team Support: Personal Trainer

Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). With interests that include weight training, running, and nutrition, Chris has experience with all facets of exercise and overall health.  Additionally, Chris enjoys playing roller hockey, volleyball, and wallyball.
Although always active while younger, Chris struggled with his weight. In 2004, he successfully changed his diet and exercise plan and lost 40 pounds. Five years later, he has managed to keep the weight off and is in far better shape at 29 years of age than he was at 18.  Chris is especially excited to help clients begin a new exercise program or revamp an existing program to make it more effective, sustainable, and fun!
